An unwell child, a new severe pain, an infection that is spreading, a new rash with a fever, a mental health crisis, or anything that is frightening you.
Book a routine slot for
Repeat prescriptions, check-ups, results discussions, referrals and anything that has been the same for more than a week.
Call 999 for
Chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, heavy bleeding, or a child who is floppy or hard to wake.
