Do you take my insurance?
Most UK insurers, with a pre-authorisation number from them. Send it in the booking notes or bring it to your first visit. If yours is not on the list, ask us.
What if I need to cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before. After that we charge half the appointment price, because someone else could have had the slot.
Can I pay in instalments?
For anything over £200, yes. Ask at reception and we set it up in two minutes.
Why is a same-day appointment more expensive?
We keep four slots free every day for people who need to be seen today. The price covers the ones that go unused.
