What we collect
Your name, contact details, appointment history and the notes your clinician writes. Nothing you did not give us or that was not created during your care.
Why we keep it
To treat you safely, to remind you about appointments and reviews, and because the law requires medical records to be kept for a set period.
Who sees it
Your clinicians, reception for bookings, and your insurer only for the visits they pay for. Never sold, never shared for marketing.
How long
Medical records for the period the regulator requires; contact details until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
See your records, correct them, or ask us to delete what we are allowed to delete. Email the practice manager and we reply within 30 days.

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. There is no advertising tracking.
