All questions

How many sessions will I need?

Most people need four to six. We tell you after the first assessment and review the number at every visit.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book directly. If we think you need a scan or a GP, we arrange it.

Is physiotherapy covered by my insurance?

Most insurers cover it with a pre-authorisation number. Bring it to your first visit or send it in the booking notes.

What should I wear?

Something you can move in. Shorts for knee and hip problems, a vest or loose top for shoulders.
