Looked after, not processed

I have had type 2 diabetes for nine years and used to get a text every so often telling me to book something. At Halden, Dr Halden owns my reviews. She books the next one before I leave.

My HbA1c is down two points in a year. I did not do anything heroic, I just stopped missing appointments.
